Health has never been just about appearance for me—it’s been about survival, resilience, and ultimately, sovereignty over my own body.
After experiencing severe physical collapse, including fibromyalgia symptoms and extreme muscle atrophy, I had to completely relearn how to live in and rebuild my body. Every step of my wellness journey—from regaining basic mobility, to optimizing my strength, to intuitively understanding the needs of my nervous system—has been hard-earned and deeply personal.
Today, fitness and wellness are integral to my daily rhythm. I approach movement as a celebration of what my body can do, not a punishment for what it can't. Nutrition, hydration, strength training, sensory-friendly self-care, and restorative rituals are my pillars.
I believe that true wellness isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about creating a sustainable, joyful, and empowered relationship with your body and your energy.
